Lorraine's
Cake Decorating & Candy Supplies, located at 148 Broadway in
Hanover, is crammed with everything imaginable needed for cake, cookie
and candy creations: molds, cutters and pans of every shape, paper
doilies, boxes, colored foil and cellophane for packaging your
masterpieces, walls of wedding ornaments, tiny plastic brides and
grooms, sports figures, babies, cartoon characters and candles to top
your cake, decorating tips and bags, ready-made icing flowers, fillings
and all kinds of food colors and flavorings.
Lorraine's
was started 30 years ago as a hobby for Lorraine and Jim Frisbee but it
quickly became a full-time job. They now have seven employees who have
expertise in the field. Lorraine's has a separate classroom facility
offering over 20 different cake decorating and candy making classes
yearly and has produced eight video tapes on cake and candy making which
are sold nationally.
When you shop at Lorraine's you step back to a time when customers
browsed and sales clerks shared their considerable knowledge.

Lorraine
Frisbee has been decorating cakes for 30 years. She began
decorating cakes for enjoyment and made her first wedding cake
at the age of 13. Lorraine is a professional cake decorator,
cake show judge, and a member if ICES and three other local cake
clubs. Lorraine has taken numerous courses and has won many
awards for her decorating and sugar crafting. She owns and
operates Lorraine's, Inc. and Lorraine's School of Cake
Decorating, where she offers many classes in cake, candy and
foreign method decorating.
